It is necessary for our business to have waiting room.
But, when specific users who are included in zoom account try to enter the meeting through web sdk, we would like them to pass the waiting room (no need for host to allow for those users.)
Even though the waiting room target option is those who are not included in the account, still those who are included in our account have to go through waiting room
