When creating a meeting or adding a registrant, we get an error when the Personal Meeting ID is enabled for the account. So we make sure all connected accounts don’t have Personal Meeting ID enabled, but Zoom keeps on encouraging account owners to turn it on. When they do, the integration we have fails.
Anyway to either:
Allow registration of registrants even if the Personal Meeting ID is enabled
OR
Stop encouraging account owners to turn it back on?
Thanks for raising this with us—can definitely understand how more flexibility around the use of PMI with meetings where registration is required could be useful.
At the moment, you’re correct in that you’ll need to make sure you’re not using PMI when requiring registration. That said, I appreciate the feedback and will be happy to raise this with our team. If you’re so inclined, this could be a great post for #feature-requests as well.
