Everything is configured — validated webhook endpoint, event subscriptions for meeting.rtms_started / meeting.rtms_stopped, and scopes rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped, meeting:read:meeting_audio, meeting:read:meeting_transcript. When I run a meeting, meeting.rtms_started never fires, which I understand requires backend enablement for the App ID. I need audio, video, and transcript streams — please also tell me if a separate scope is required for the video stream.
