Please enable RTMS for my account

Hello,

I urgently need RTMS scope features enabled for my Zoom app implementation

and my app doesn’t appears under “Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content” app list

Despite upgrading to a Pro account, I still cannot access these features.

Please enable RTMS features for this same account asap. I have commitments

I am a Zoom developer currently working with a General OAuth app on my free developer account (email: jithendhar.reddy@neuromnia.com).

I would like to enable Real-Time Media Streams (RTMS) access for my account and app. Specifically, I need the following granular scopes which are currently not visible in the Scopes section of my app:

  • meeting:read:meeting_audio

  • meeting:read:meeting_video

  • meeting:read:meeting_chat

  • meeting:read:meeting_transcript

  • meeting:read:meeting_screenshare

These scopes are essential for me to build a demo integration that receives and processes real-time meeting media streams (audio, video, chat, and transcripts).

Could you please enable RTMS for my developer account so I can proceed with development and testing? If there are additional requirements or steps on my side (such as account upgrade, agreements, or specific configuration), please let me know.

Hi Elisa, I’m facing the same RTMS issue. I already sent an inquiry a few days ago using a different email address than the one tied to this developer forum account, but haven’t received a reply yet. I’d like to activate RTMS for my team’s Zoom account email. What should I do now to move this forward? Thank you

We have been using the RTMS feature through ZOOM Pro account, but it has been suddenly stopped triggering the event ( user managed app ) and impacting the development for customer demo. Please could you have it enabled for my account. Please let us know if there is any limitation or something needed from our side to continue to get this feature.
