Hello Zoom Team,
I am developing a General Zoom App that uses Realtime Media Streams (RTMS)
to process live meeting audio for an in-meeting AI assistant.
My setup is complete:
- App type: General App
- RTMS event subscriptions added (rtms.started / rtms.stopped)
- RTMS scopes enabled
- Zoom App SDK APIs added (startRTMS / stopRTMS)
- Testing as meeting host on the same Zoom account
However, RTMS capabilities are not granted at runtime
(Granted Capabilities is empty and RTMS never starts),
which indicates RTMS is not enabled at the account level.
Could you please enable RTMS for my Zoom account?
