We are using Amazon IVS to live stream the video. If the stream resolution is above 480p it costs us $2.00 per hour as opposed to $0.20 per hour if the video resolution is 480p or below. Is there a way to programmatically make sure the video resolution doesn’t go over 480p?

No sorry, this is not supported. To reduce data usage, do cameras off during the meeting, encourage participants to mute themselves when not speaking, and limit screen sharing.
