Not having a method of pre-programming times, bulk movement of people between break-out rooms

A way of a) moving people in bulk between break-out rooms and b) a way of pre-programming timed movements between break-out rooms for bulk groups of participants.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Doing this manually, one participant at a time…
Additional context
Real-life example: 10 break-out rooms, each with 5 participants, of which 1 is fixed and 4 move around. I wish to be able to pre-programme the rooms such that every X minutes the 4 “moving” participants are moved, in bulk, to another break-out room. Also included should be a way of pushing an automated notification saying “you will be moved to break-out room XX in X minutes”
