Since we had to update our APIs to servertoserver oauth in September, we cannot host meetings at the same time. We have a Business account and we have followed all the steps that we can find in the guide Hosting multiple meetings simultaneously – Zoom Support
We have 10 users and everyone has their license assigned and we have created a servertoserver oauth api following all the steps, as recommended since September (before we had a jwt that worked correctly)
We have a business license, and we have 10 users, we have assigned all of them a license and the administrator role (using zoom.us / account / user/ )
On the other hand, we have an online campus where we use Buddyboss and to use Zoom on campus we configure a Server-to-Server OAuth app
We have used it for a year without problems but after the update by changing JWT to Server-to-Server OAuth, it no longer works. It is not possible to create meetings at the same time.
We followed all your instructions and manuals, but it doesn’t work
Can you help us? If this thread can be made private, we can upload images of the Zoom control panel or the campus or the server-to-server app
