Hi, I am working in my job with the Zoom Meetings plugin for Moodle. It seems the company was using it before and they have some records of meetings being created and all the logs about every sort of information available about them. However, now when I wanna get the report of the new sessions created (now that I reinstalled the plugin with it’s last version after having years of not using it) there is no record of the meetings in the database, besides it being created and existing. Nevertheless, any information about participants, tracking fields, etc, it’s not working at all.
I tried to change the settings of the prescheduled activities, to make them sync every 10 minutes instead of the normal 3 hours on the server/report configuration of Moodle, however, this have been really not helpful as it shows me that the actions are happening, but they are having some errors when actually trying to write on the database (they give reading:1 writing:0 and output state as error, also I do work with this configuration in Italian and my first language is spanish, so I’m sorry in advance if some terms are not correct)
I don’t know if someone else had encountered themselves with this. The moodle version the company uses is the 4.1.9, which in theory doesn’t have compatibility issues with the latest version of the plugin for Zoom meetings.
Whatever info that could be useful or if needed more details, let me know, any help would be appreciated.
