Provide logs for cross verification of webhook triggers

Sometimes there is a email sent when certain changes happen in Zoom room but there is no corresponding webhook. This makes it very difficult to cross verify if the event really happened or not. It would be really nice to download logs corresponding to webhook alerts.

Moreover, Right now our marketplace dashboard does not have the ability to show OAuth event subscription(webhook) logs. It only shows the logs for Webhook only apps.

Can we get such API to download logs?
