PTZ camera control left and right event not working

We are creating an application, and one feature requires that other people outside the office can operate the camera during the Zoom video calls. We use the zoom video SDK-1.7.0 PTZ feature to accommodate this, but the CameraControlCmd.Left and CameraControlCmd.Right event is not working.

can you please let me know how we can fix this?

From the screenshot, I supposed that you were controlling the local PTZ camera, for the far-end camera, we provide the stream.controlFarEndCamera method.

For the CameraControlCmd.Left and CameraControlCmd.Right functions, could you try the camera on Chrome PTZ test page https://ptz.glitch.me/?
