Push video/images to all participants from API

Description
I’m wondering if it’s possible to share videos/images to all meeting participants through the API? I.E. not from a camera and not shared by one of the participants.

For example, in addition to seeing the other users, participants would see a separate pane that displays a video provided and controlled by our back-end.

Do I have to create a “virtual” user to achieve this? Or is it not possible to push a video file to everyone unless it’s shared by a real user?

Hi @matt2, thanks for posting and using Zoom!

This is not possible through our APIs, and I understand the use case; however, I do not believe we will consider providing this feature given some user/content concerns.

We do not currently have these types of in-meeting APIs, but are looking into what we can provide!
