Quality of Zoom's video resolution has been a hard sell to my organization

I have hit a wall with my organization - the quality and limited resolution compared to alternatives has been slowly (and surprisingly) trending downwards in terms of adoption and acceptance of sub 720 resolution with a lot of support contact to attempt anything higher. I understand the limitations and Zoom primarily exists for large groups - but to continue to blame it on COVID-19 is odd at this point.

Any plans in the works to bump up the video quality in the workspace?
