Rally Bar Not Detected in Zoom Rooms After Latest Windows & Sync Update

I’m running into a device detection problem in Zoom Rooms and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced similar behavior after recent updates.

Issue Overview:
Our Logitech Rally Bar stopped appearing consistently inside Zoom Rooms after updating both Windows 11 and Logitech Sync. The device was working normally before these updates, but now it either takes a long time to show up or doesn’t show at all.

Environment:

  • Device: Logitech Rally Bar

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro (latest build)

  • Zoom Rooms (latest version)

  • Connection Type: USB + Network

  • Internet: 1Gbps fiber

  • No VPN or proxy in use

  • Part of a client setup managed under: https://www.redspider.ae

Troubleshooting Done So Far:

  • Restarted Rally Bar and Room PC

  • Clean reinstallation of Zoom Rooms

  • Reinstalled Logitech Sync

  • Cleared Zoom cache

  • Tested multiple USB ports

  • Tested device on a second Windows machine

  • Verified all cables and network

  • Confirmed no third-party camera manager running

Even after these steps, the behavior remains inconsistent. It feels like either a compatibility issue introduced in the latest update or a timing/initialization problem between Sync and Zoom Rooms.

My Question:
Has anyone seen similar Rally Bar detection delays or failures after the latest Windows + Sync + Zoom Rooms updates?
Any suggested logs, diagnostics, or known fixes would be extremely helpful.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can guide or share insight.
