Random DynamoDB error when using Local Test in Zoom Marketplace

Started experiencing this today.
Sometimes attempting to perform a local test on a Zoom app registered in the marketplace throws an DynamoDB related error from Zoom’s end.
This seems to happen randomly (maybe there are some scheduled deployment changes/maintenance I’m not aware about?)
