Record option in local disk in Windows SDK

Is recording of the video on local disk of the host/user possible in Windows/Mac SDK?

Do you mean the ability to do local recording? Yes, local recording is supported on both Windows SDK and MacOS SDK.

How do I enable local recording for Windows SDK
I have tried calling CanStartRecording but I always receive SDKERR_MEETING_DONT_SUPPORT_FEATURE
