`recording.completed` event object no longer returning password field (again)

Description
The recording.completed event object sent to a webhook no longer has password field. Previous examples of this regression have been reported in the past:

Description Using the Zoom Webhooks, the recording.complete event payload used to include a password field which contained the passcode for recordings that had that setting enabled. Requests I’ve received since 10/19/2020 have not included that field. Is this an intended change to the API? If so, what is the preferred way to give my users access to meeting recordings that have passcode protection enabled?

With the exception of the last time this regression occurred, the recording.completed event object has contained a password field. Beginning sometime after 2021-09-15T11:17:00Z the event objects no longer contained the password field. This has been observed in at least five different payloads since that time.
