Does anyone have a specific step by step instructions on how to create the consent notification for a zoom meeting where a bot is joining and recording a meeting?

As Gianni already mentioned, Zoom has some documentation that guides you through this. We run meeting bots at scale and found this section of the docs to be particularly useful.

Another alternative is to use Recall.ai for your meeting bots instead. It’s a simple 3rd party API that lets you use meeting bots to get raw audio/video from meetings without you needing to spend months to build, scale and maintain these bots.
