There is another way, but you will probably need to create a recording bot, and need to factor in cost of hosting these recording bots.
using recording bot you can record all the meetings hosted by you or your zoom account sub users.

If you however choose to use Windows or MacOS SDK, they can do local recording with basic account.

Can you explain windows and mac sdk, is this just the Zoom app? or is it something that can embed in my website?
@musicteachingonline the windows and macOS sdk are standalone apps, and they cannot be embedded into your website.
Users will need to download the installer and install the apps on their PC or Mac.
Alternatively there are some recording providers such as recall.ai who can provide recording as a service @amanda-recallai
