There is currently no way to keep someone from registering for webinar in the first place. The only way now is to remove someone AFTER registering or after they enter a webinar. This is to combat chronically rude and trouble-making persons.
Describe the solution you’d like
The ability to have a “no fly list” so to speak. List known email addresses, that when a person uses them to try to register for a webinar, it will not allow them to register.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Can only utilize what is currently available…removing after the fact.
