I’m building an AI-powered meeting efficiency assistant called MeetingMind AI. I would like to request RTMS (Realtime Media Streams) access for my Zoom account to enable real-time audio and transcript streaming for our application.
What we’re building: An intelligent meeting assistant that helps teams improve meeting productivity through real-time transcription, AI-generated summaries, and automated action item extraction — all running silently in the background without a visible bot participant.
Why we need RTMS: We are currently using the Meeting SDK (Web Client View) for caption capture, but RTMS would provide a significantly better experience — no bot participant visible to attendees, higher quality per-speaker audio for diarization, and better scalability for teams with concurrent meetings.
