Zoom generally does RTMS enablement through their RTMS access flow, not by just adding a scope in the app UI. I’d remove the account email from the public post first, since Zoom asks developers not to post account-specific information in public threads, then submit the official RTMS trial / access form.
Recall.ai is a Zoom RTMS Preferred Partner, and you can get further support through Recall.ai if you’d rather use a supported RTMS integration path.
