Our team is developing PARSE, a university project with a core dependency on Zoom’s RTMS API. We were recently
unable to access RTMS and understand it may have been closed or restricted.
We would greatly appreciate continued access for approximately 3 months to complete our academic work. Our
integration is already built and functional — we just need the runway to finish.
We’ve also been in contact with Zoom sales regarding this matter. Please let us know if there’s anything we can
provide to move this forward.
