Request Rejection: Dev vs. Prod API credentials for Marketplace submission

Hello,

We submitted our app for a second time and received a rejection for what seemed like a conflicting reason - could you provide some clarification? What we received:

“As we are the last test before your integration goes public on our Marketplace, we will need you to provide an environment in which we can install the production version of your app. This way we can see the same experience an end user will have when they install your app.”

Last time we submitted, we provided this and the app was rejected because it was stated we needed to supply development credentials.

Our dev team is at an impasse and is unsure which of these is the case - thank you for your help!

Hey @toms_qa,

Let me check with the App Review team to see what the confusion is about.

Thanks,
Tommy

Hey @toms_qa,

It looks like we asked you to provide both an externally reachable Dev and Prod environment and rejected you for this previously for using the Prod environment for both Redirect URLs.

Are you able to fix that and resubmit?

Thanks,
Tommy
