Request to purchase developer pack for RTMS access on account

Hello, @chunsiong.zoom, @elisa.zoom, @JenBrissman

I want to purchase the Developer Pack to enable Realtime Media Streams (RTMS) for our app. On zoom.us/pricing/developer, the Developer Pack card only shows “Contact Sales” — there is no self-service “Buy now” option available on our account, even though the Build Platform card does show one.

I also submitted the Contact Sales form on that page, but haven’t received any purchase link or follow-up yet.

Could a member of the Zoom team please help me complete the Developer Pack purchase, or point me to the correct self-service checkout for our account?

hi @RevvTik

if you access the develpers page for RTMS, it does ask for to fill in a form for sales.
But I happen to know it goes to the dev team first.
