Need Rest API’s for getting Zoom Phone System Usage for all users at once. where we get Total Calls, Completed Calls, Outgoing, Received, Forwarded to Voicemail, Missed, Avg. Call Time, Total Call Time.

OK, there are manuy API to look at.
You will need admin apps to get information across multiple users.
A user based app can onlu see data for that user.

we have the below, currently using Server to server Oauth app, we can add admin level scopes but challenge we face here is to identify url which provide us the required info

Firstly, look if you can not find it in the reports from the Zoom website, it may not currently be measured.
If seen, then look at the API’s and call out anything you think is missing with a business case.
