Phone Call Log Data API

Hi there, I am trying to create a custom report using Zooms API. I am trying to isolate the users number of calls answered from their call logs. The problem I run into is that since our inbound calls are picked up by the main IVR auto-receptionist, the call logs do not show the user (staff member) who has answered the call or who the call connected to. Is there a work around for this or perhaps another idea on how to extract this data automatically? Thanks.

Are you aware that you could do this at user or account level?
The user would only see their calls
The admin can see across users.
You may have to consider running at account level?

This may even help you see how to find the user level data.
