Role based API access

There needs to be a way to create multiple Rest API keys with role based access.

Giving unlimited admin API access to a developer that only needs to list webinars does not meet our security needs.

We have distributed administration among several departments under one tenant. Not all admins need full permissions. Please see example from GitHub.

You’ll find it under Personal Access tokens: https://github.com/settings/tokens

But you probably need generate one to see the scope list. Should find a list here, too: https://developer.github.com/apps/building-integrations/setting-up-and-registering-oauth-apps/
