Role set to 1 but user not made "host"

Description
Signature is created with “role” set to 1 using the Python 3 code provided by Zoom.
Using Web SDK, the user joins the meeting using above signature.
User is not recognized as Host

Error
User appears to join the meeting but isn’t made host.
There is an error message but feels unrelated (?)

TypeError: Failed to construct ‘URL’: Invalid URL

As it also affects version 1.7.7 it’s probably not related to this error message but to zoom services issue.
It was working fine until last Friday. Since then it started to bug more and more.
