Hi @elisa.zoom I have a RTMS app. While the development app is able to access meeting content and is working fine, the production app gives the error “Your app failed to access meeting content” when RTMS is started inside a meeting. Both the development and the production versions are configured exactly the same. Can you please help?

If your app is not published in the marketplace, then this behavior is expected. For the prod environment to work, the apps must be published in the marketplace
