I have created an zoom marketplace app called “Appendment Zoom App”, I have created this as “User Managed” type and enbaled the zoom “RTMS” sdk with the help of zoom support.
We have tested all the things which we required from zoom “RTMS” and it was working upto “11-12-25”, Now it has been stopped working, “RTMS” events are not getting trigger from zoom app.
We have checked zoom app Auth URL, Webhook/Event URL and other settings, We are also facing that “Appendment Zoom App” is not showing in zoom app setting under auto start app.
It’s interesting that your app was working up until 11-12-25 before it suddenly stopped sending RTMS events.
Did you modify your requested scopes, or make any other changes to your Zoom application settings before the app stopped working? If you did tweak these settings, it’s possible that your authorization was revoked, which would prevent your app from sending RTMS events as expected.

We have requested to enable RTMS on “Nov 27 2025“ and its stopped working on “Dec 11 2025“, Yes we are on trail but 30 days has not been completed.
Even i want to know where i can check the costing of “RTMS“ events subscription and how i can set this up for my app.
This is on top priorities/ urgent we required this feature for our clients and need to fix this today itself.
