SaaSbee.ssb-sdk Crashed MacOS

Hi this is the SDK version v5.5.12511.0420

This crash which I am getting is by terminate the application from the meeting screen.

  • It does not happen frequently it is random crash.
  • As per our test we see after spending more than 20min in the meeting we may get this crash.

We have observed crash in processor : MacOS with 8-Core Intel Core i9 and M1

Sorry to hear you’re running into a crash with the SDK. Can you please provide some additional information?

  • Are you able to reproduce this on the latest version of the SDK?
  • What % of the time does this crash happen?
  • Are there any specific actions being taken in the meeting when it happens?
  • Are there are circumstances in the meeting we should be aware of (e.g. number of participants, someone is sharing, no active video, etc.)?
