Save Q&A in Zoom webinar

I host a Zoom webinar, and we use the Q&A feature.

How do I save the Q&A? i.e., how do I save all the questions & answers and the identities of people who asked the questions and answered? Is there a way to do it?

Zoom automatically saves the chat messages, but I can’t find a way to save the Q&A, so I’m wondering if there is some way to accomplish that.
