Scheduling a Zoom meeting from Zendesk


We’ve installed the Zoom integration for Zendesk and applied a Zendesk API token within Zoom but when we attempt to schedule a Zoom meeting, we receive this error:

Zendesk API Token is not configured. Meeting summary and recording link won’t be sent to this ticket. Please ask account admin to configure in this app.

We don’t see any other way to configure the app. We can start a Zoom meeting; we just can’t schedule one.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the missed response on this thread – I am happy to help. Can you share if the behavior persists? Based on the information shared, It sounds like you may need to verify you have the appropriate permissions for Zendesk. Have you verified your token has the proper permissions?

No worries, this was resolved after updating to the new Zoom integration.
