Good morning, I’m a Zoom site admin. I created a Zoom SDK app followed by a Zoom app developer’s instruction. some of users gets an error message “only designated users on the account are allowed to install this app. Please contact your account admin”.
Details on your question, workflow or the problem you’re trying to solve. We opened a Zoom support case but they had me go to here… I’m not sure if it’s a Zoom admin issue or developer side issue…

I don’t why i can’t upload an image of the error message on here, keep getting “An error occurred: Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.”
