I contacted marketplace.security@zoom.us a few weeks ago (twice) regarding our security review. I did not receive a response and so proceeded with the process, which I am pleased to say was approved last week.
I have received a new email telling me this morning giving me final notice that the security review needs to be completed - again I have reached out to the team, but as I did not receive any response to the last set of emails, I am concerned that this will not be picked up and the integration disabled.
Apologies for the delayed response here, and thank you for your patience.
To help us follow up with the security team, could you please share the email address you sent the request from and the subject line used when contacting marketplace.security@zoom.us? That will help us track it down more quickly.
Once we have that, we’ll make sure this gets in front of the right folks so your app isn’t impacted.
I can point you to the previous emails if helpful - but to be honest I just need assurance that the review is complete - the email last week confirmed it was and approved. The email today suggested otherwise.
Marketplace is showing that the review is complete - so a bit of a a confused picture. Of course my main concern is to ensure the integration does not get disabled.
Many thanks for the response. I had thought this, but was confused by the email that I received after giving final notice and the security update submission was required and telling me that it would be disabled if not completed.
Was this a glitch? Should I ignore future emails if I get them?
I just heard back from the security team and they have responded to the emails yesterday. If you have any additional questions on what you should do or if the email was a mistake please ask this to the security team member on that same email thread since they have access to your app review history.
