Security Step - Approval Process

Hello!

After some necessary adjustments in the security review step, where the last one was the integration with the compliance API, we had no more response in the email thread that we were exchanging to finish this step, this has been approximately 20 days. Can you help us by understanding if something else is missing for approval that we haven’t understood?

It looks like you have not responded to the security review report we sent on 11/04.

We also sent a reminder to respond to the report on 12/21.

Hello Tommy, thanks for the answer!

We were in conversation on a email thread with and other people to validate our security questionnarie that we submited.

Was discovered 5 security points to improve from 11/03 to 12/09 while reviewing the questionnarie and the system, points that we answered and fixed.

On 12/09 we sent the last fix that was the integration with Copliance API, but until now we didn’t have any response in this email conversation to sinalize us what is the next step.

Can you help us to discover what we need to do now?
