We are using v220.127.116.117 of mobile sdk on android. Many of our users are complaining of black screen once they join the meeting. They are not able to see anyone’s video, they cant see any screens being shared. Any solution to this ?

Sorry to hear your users are experiencing issues on this version of the SDK. Right now, we don’t have enough information to look into this. Are you able to reproduce this issue? Is this more common on certain versions of Android or specific device models?
