We are using Zoom meeting SDK version 5.13.5.11583 with a JWT token, So when we join or leave the call we get a black screen instead of a user video view(Customized UI). This issue is for only for few participants.
I have tried with the Secret key and access key, It did not resolve the issue. And tried running a sample SDK code and saw the same problem. I have attached the screenshot for reference.
