Send message through API

Hello everyone new here , Im looking to use the API with visual studio and dont know if what Im tryint to achieve is possible through the API cant find much information on where to get it or use it. What I need is to send a message through my zoom account if someone could redirect me to the documentation where I can find how to achieve that id appreciate it.

Are you trying to send a message via API during a meeting? so like an in-meeting message? or via the Zoom Client, to a specific person or channel?
