Server 2 Server App Type Not Available

We would like to create an OAUTH type application on the Zoom App Marketplace for Zoom Contact Center API integration. We require the OAUTH type application to provide call control.

When we create the OAUTH application, we don’t see any events for Zoom Contact Center available in our event subscription, and we only see an abbreviated list of Scopes for Zoom Contact Center.

When we create a Webhook Only application on the Zoom App Marketplace, we see the full list of Zoom Contact Center events and Scopes.

We have a working license for Zoom Contact Center.

What are the contact center scopes you are looking at? some of them are available on general app user level oauth and some are available in s2s app.

@chunsiong.zoom Thanks for the reply. We would like to use call control, which would require the following per the documentation:

contact_center:write:user_control:admin
contact_center:read:user_device:admin
contact_center:update:engagement_recording_control:admin
contact_center:read:engagement:admin

It is our understanding from previous experience that S2S won’t provide us what we need for call control. Do you agree?

Why aren’t these scopes available for OAUTH type apps on our account if we are licensed for Contact Center?

@gschally I’ve tried it on my account, you need a General App with Admin Level OAuth for these scopes to show up
