Setting to allow recording by meeting participants by default

I would like an option to allow meeting recording by participants by default, without having to grant permission each time.

Alternatively, allowing even just the person that schedules a meeting to record would be a nice option.  As it stands, if someone schedules a meeting on another user’s behalf, they are able to record that meeting if they either 1) Join the meeting first 2) Include themselves as an alternative host when scheduling or 3) request recording from the host.  This is an inconsistent user experience.  Is it possible to make this portion of the recording process more uniform?
