SFDC/Zoom Integration - SMS not logging at all and Phone not logging the voicemails/phone calls

Integrated SFDC with Zoom:

SMS are not logging at all, yet the team is able to send
For the phone - calls are being logged that they happened, but not the recording.

Please help!
