I have 2 question about share screen feature

1.How to set iOS app with share screen like Android

2.I use my computer to start meeting via zoom program.

Computer share screen, Android and iOS join this meeting.

 

Please see the red circle on image 

  • Android will show image from computer camera

  • iOS will show image from iPhone camera

How to config iOS to show like Android?

Hi Roche,

  1. share phone screen feature only available on Android platform, our standard client follow the same behavior. 

  2. this in meeting behavior is same as Zoom’s client.

Case I: using Zoom iOS app from App Store

Computer share screen, My Android app join this meeting and Zoom iOS app from App store join this meeting.

Zoom iOS app will show image from computer camera like my Android app.

 

Case II: using Zoom example project from iOS MobileRTC

Computer share screen, My Android app join this meeting and Zoom iOS example  join this meeting.

Zoom iOS example will show image from camera iPhone not like my Android app.

 

Is it possible to config my iOS app like Zoom iOS in App store?

Hi Roche,

currently Zoom doesn’t have API functions on iOS SDK. we will consider to add this based on amount of user requests.

Hi, We also facing same issues. You guys found any solution. Any solution have share with me. Thank in advance.

Which version of iOS SDK did you integrate in your project? Please have a verify with the latest iOS SDK release, this bug indeed existed a previous version.

BTW, you can get the latest iOS release from the following link in github: https://github.com/zoom/zoom-sdk-ios/releases
