Should we get a participant_left webhook event after receiving a participant_left_waiting_room event?

Description
We seem to not receive the participant_left webhook if participant_left_waiting_room is received. Is this intended behavior?

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Join a zoom meeting through url
  2. Put an attendee in the waiting room
  3. Deny them from entering the meeting

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for the late reply here!
It is expected that you are not getting the participant_left webhook if participant_left_waitin_room is received.
If a participant never joins the main room, the participant_left webhook won’t be triggered
