Description
My server didn’t receive webhooks for participan_joined and participan_left.

Error
My server didn’t receive webhooks for participan_joined and participan_left. It started some time ago. Previously it’s working as expected.

  2. Participant joined / left
  3. No webhooks received for participant joined / left

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Double check you are sending a 200 OK response once you receive a webhook.

Hi, thanks for replying.

It’s come and go, sometimes it’s delayed. I’m inspecting the request and i didn’t see any events received or the events delayed for about 10 mins. I read somewhere in this forum that someone experience delayed participants events.

Currently we do have down graded performance on our dashboard and report data which does cause some webhook delays.
