Hi,
For a given webinar, am getting the play_url via the REST API, and I have also enabled the setting “Only users on my account can access cloud recordings”. But when I try to access the play_url it is redirecting back to my portal even though zoom has an account for the user.
Here is the configuration for single sign-on for my account.
