The Zoom Smart Embed app isn’t working in Safari. I have an iframe with the app in it and it displays the Sign In button, once I click the button it opens the window to sign in. I sign in but the app never refreshes and only shows the Sign In button still. It works fine on Chrome on the Mac, it’s just Safari that it’s not working on.
Hi @csalem do you see any console errors in dev tools?
No there isn’t any errors in the console. There may be errors in the authentication window that it opens, but that window closes right after it authenticates so I can’t see if there are errors in there. I assume there’s an issue with calling “opener” that works every other browser besides safari.
Hi @csalem , please gather the browser version and do a Zoom recording of the behavior. Show your experience in Safari vs other browser.
