is it possible to take the Zoom SMS and have it displayed in a different location within salesforce? I created an “Inbox” where I want to see and reply to all the Messages.
Who can provide a custom solution for me to achieve this?

I’ve actually implemented a similar solution on another project.
I created a custom place in Salesforce to consolidate various message types.
Moving Zoom SMS messages to this centralized location worked out great.
