We are building an integration with Zoom Phone SMS. Our workflow allows us to retrieve SMS sessions and session details.
However, we cannot find any API route to mark messages as seen/read after fetching them.
Our use case is that once messages are pulled into our app and shown to the user, we’d like to update their status in Zoom so they don’t remain flagged as unread.
Is there an existing API to mark SMS messages as seen/read, or should this state be managed entirely within our own system?
